​In the groundbreaking book Coaching in Home Visiting: Supporting Better Outcomes for Professionals and Families, chapter authors Dr. Bridget A. Walsh, Dr. Patricia H. Manz, Dr. Hyun-Joo Jeon, and Dr. Oluwatobi Mogbojuri introduce an innovative coaching approach that focuses on outcomes for children, parents, and home visitors.

In their chapter "Coaching Home Visitors," the authors emphasize the interconnected well-being of home visitors and families they serve, emphasizing the impact on their lives and the lives of those they care for. The authors advocate for implementing a coaching design that elevates the promotion of well-being in home visiting programs while enhancing practice. The authors showcase twelve research-informed coaching strategies for strengthening child, parent, and home visitor outcomes. These strategies provide a roadmap for implementation design and ignite future research efforts in these vital areas.
